Agreement and Scope
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and FullBonerTracking.com, also referred to as Full Boner Tracking, "we," "us," or "our." They apply to your use of FullBonerTracking.com and the preorder waitlist. By accessing the site, you acknowledge these terms. By selecting Join waitlist, you agree to these terms and consent to the email communications described below. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit the form.
Our Privacy Notice explains how we process information and is incorporated into these terms by reference. Future product sales, warranties, safety instructions, software, or services may be governed by additional terms presented before purchase or use.
Eligibility
The site and waitlist are intended only for adults age 18 or older. By joining, you represent that you are at least 18, have legal capacity to agree to these terms, and are permitted to receive product and marketing communications where you live. Do not submit an email address for another person without their authorization.
Waitlist and Email Communications
Joining the waitlist records your interest and signs you up for confirmation, preorder, launch, availability, shipping-readiness, and compatibility updates. It does not create an order, purchase, reservation, ownership right, priority right, guarantee of availability, guaranteed price, or payment obligation. We do not accept payment through this waitlist.
You agree to provide an email address you control. Marketing and preorder emails will include an unsubscribe method, and you may withdraw consent at any time. We may still send an unsubscribe confirmation or a communication required by law. You may not interfere with delivery, suppression, abuse-prevention, or unsubscribe systems.
Waitlist numbers are informational, non-transferable, and have no cash value. We may correct, merge, remove, suspend, or adjust waitlist records or numbers to address errors, duplicate submissions, abuse, technical problems, or operational needs.
Prelaunch Product Information
The product is in a prelaunch stage. Images, prototypes, specifications, sensor descriptions, dimensions, materials, compatibility statements, features, pricing, availability, and shipping windows are preliminary and may change. A stated shipping month is a current target, not a promise or guaranteed delivery date. Any later sale will require separate order confirmation and applicable purchase terms.
Product and website information is not medical, health, safety, or professional advice. Unless final product documentation expressly states otherwise, descriptions of heart-rate or blood-pressure sensing are not offered for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or medical decision-making. Do not rely on prototypes, marketing pages, or estimated sensor capabilities for medical or safety-critical purposes.
Acceptable Use
Use the site only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not disrupt or overload the site; probe or bypass access controls; introduce malicious code; automate abusive or deceptive submissions; scrape personal information; impersonate another person; submit an email address without authorization; interfere with the waitlist or email systems; or use site materials in a way that infringes rights or violates law.
We may block requests, remove or archive waitlist records, or suspend access when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the site, users, infrastructure, or legal rights. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or waitlist.
Intellectual Property and Trademarks
Site text, product names, visual design, images, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by FullBonerTracking.com or used with permission. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the site for personal, noncommercial use. No other license is granted.
VIVE, VRChat, SlimeVR, and other third-party names, marks, and logos belong to their respective owners. References identify intended interoperability or compatibility and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation. Actual compatibility may depend on third-party hardware, software, configurations, and updates outside our control.
Third-Party Services and Disclaimers
The site may link to or depend on third-party platforms, hardware, software, hosting, or email services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, waitlist, and prelaunch information are provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, security, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FullBonerTracking.com and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from the site, waitlist, or reliance on prelaunch information. These exclusions do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other nonwaivable rights under applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow particular warranty disclaimers or liability limits. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent allowed and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
General Terms
These terms and the Privacy Notice are the entire agreement concerning the site and waitlist and replace prior discussions on that subject. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign these terms as part of a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the project or its assets.
Changes and Contact
