Scope and Operator
FullBonerTracking.com, also referred to as Full Boner Tracking, "we," "us," or "our," operates this website and determines the purposes and means of the processing described in this notice. This notice applies to FullBonerTracking.com, the preorder waitlist, related email operations, and our internal administration of those systems.
This notice does not cover future product hardware, firmware, companion software, or device telemetry. It also does not cover VIVE, VRChat, SlimeVR, social VR platforms, or other third-party services, which have their own terms and privacy practices.
Data We Collect and Its Sources
Information you provide. If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. We create related records such as your subscription status, consent version, public waitlist number, and signup, update, and unsubscribe times. If you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and the contact information you choose to provide.
Email operations. Amazon Simple Email Service provides operational records such as message identifiers, send and delivery status, bounces, complaints, unsubscribe activity, and suppression status. We use those records to deliver the emails you requested and prevent unwanted mail.
Technical and security records. Our website, content delivery network, APIs, and server software may process an IP address, request path, browser and device information, user agent, referring page, time, response status, and error or security records. These records come from your browser and network connection and are used to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
The sources of personal information are you, your browser or device, the page or campaign that referred you, and the AWS services that host the site, process waitlist requests, and deliver email. We do not buy personal information or use data brokers.
Self-Hosted Analytics, Sessions, and Replays
We run Umami analytics ourselves at analytics.fullbonertracking.com on infrastructure in our AWS account. Using the open-source software does not send our site analytics to Umami Software, Inc. The browser tracker may send the site hostname, sanitized page path and title, browser language, referring site or internal path, allowed UTM campaign fields, screen size, browser, operating system, device category, Core Web Vitals, and approximate country, region, or city derived from the network address.
Umami uses information including the IP address and user agent to create a rotating hash that distinguishes visitors and sessions without an analytics cookie. Umami uses the IP address for session and approximate-location calculations but does not store the raw IP address in its analytics database. The resulting session record is pseudonymous; it is not an account, email identity, or permanent cross-site ID.
We collect interaction events and session properties to understand page variants, viewport and pointer categories, form visibility, email-field focus and whether typing started or was cleared, form correction or abandonment, submit attempts and results, response-time buckets, section visibility and engagement, scroll depth, time-on-page milestones, and categories of links clicked. Those events describe an action, not the value typed into a field.
Session replay and heatmaps are enabled for eligible visits. Replay can capture page structure and visible text, mouse or pointer movement, clicks, scrolling, navigation, and form-interaction patterns for up to five minutes. Umami's moderate masking hides input values, and we additionally block the email field, form-status area, and signup confirmation from replay capture. Ordinary replay recordings are retained by Umami for 30 days.
Before analytics data is sent, we remove URL fragments and all query parameters other than utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content. For external referrers, we retain the referring origin rather than the full referring path. We do not intentionally send email addresses, typed form values, waitlist numbers, API response bodies, unsubscribe or admin tokens, precise GPS location, persistent user IDs, or full query strings to Umami.
The tracker does not set analytics cookies and is not used for cross-site advertising. It runs when a page loads unless your browser sends a recognized Do Not Track signal or you use the browser-level opt-out below. Either choice prevents both the Umami tracker and replay recorder from loading on later page loads in that browser.
How We Use Data and Our Legal Bases
We use waitlist information to record your request, assign a waitlist number, send confirmation and launch or availability updates, process unsubscribes, maintain suppression records, respond to you, and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions. We use technical and analytics data to deliver and secure the site, troubleshoot errors, measure performance, compare acquisition sources and page variants, improve usability, and understand product and launch interest.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on your consent for preorder and marketing emails; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, measuring, and improving the site where those interests are not overridden by your rights; and compliance with legal obligations for suppression, security, and recordkeeping. You may withdraw marketing consent or object to analytics as described below.
We do not use this data to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not use a visit to this site to infer a health condition, sex life, sexual behavior, or sexual orientation. This website does not collect heart rate, blood pressure, other device vitals, biometric identifiers, or product telemetry.
Disclosure, Service Providers, and Transfers
Amazon Web Services processes information on our behalf for website hosting and content delivery, DNS and certificates, server and database hosting, API processing, waitlist storage, email delivery, monitoring, and backups. We may disclose information to professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or respond to a valid legal request. If this project or its assets are transferred, relevant records may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
We do not sell personal information, rent the waitlist, or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so during the preceding 12 months. We do not disclose personal information to advertising networks or data brokers.
The site and its service providers process information in the United States, including AWS infrastructure in Northern Virginia. If you access the site from another country, your information may be processed in a country whose laws differ from those where you live.
Retention
We keep active waitlist records while you remain subscribed and while preorder, launch, and related compatibility updates continue. After an unsubscribe, we retain the minimum suppression and unsubscribe record reasonably needed to honor the request and meet legal obligations. Other waitlist and email-delivery records are deleted or anonymized when no longer reasonably needed for operations, security, disputes, or legal compliance.
Our target retention period for ordinary Umami event and session analytics is 13 months. Ordinary session replays are retained for 30 days. Security or error records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, or an active incident. Deleted data may remain temporarily in restricted, rotating backups until those backups expire.
Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Every preorder or marketing email includes an unsubscribe method. You may also email us to withdraw consent. We process opt-out requests promptly and no later than the period required by applicable law. Unsubscribing does not prevent a confirmation of the unsubscribe request or other non-marketing communication required by law.
You can disable analytics and replay in this browser. This stores only your opt-out preference in local storage and reloads the page so the analytics programs do not load. Clearing site storage will clear the preference.
You may also enable your browser's Do Not Track setting. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; use an authorized agent; appeal a request decision; and receive equal service without discrimination for exercising a privacy right.
Send a request to marketing@fullbonertracking.com. We will verify requests in a proportionate way and use verification information only for that purpose. To appeal a decision, reply with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject. You may also complain to the privacy or data-protection regulator where you live.
Analytics records are not linked to your waitlist email or an account. We may be unable to identify a particular analytics record as yours, and we will not collect additional identifying data solely to create that link.
Security and Children
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including access controls, encrypted transmission, and AWS-managed encryption at rest where supported. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
This site and waitlist are intended only for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor submitted information, contact us so we can remove it.
Changes and Contact
We may update this notice as the site, product, or law changes. We will post the revised notice and update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required. Questions, requests, or complaints can be sent to marketing@fullbonertracking.com.
